We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines, as they
contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations and help us provide you with the best
possible service.
- The government taxes are not included in the daily room rate.
- Upon arrival, we kindly request all guests to present a valid ID card, passport, or
temporary residence card for check-in procedures. This requirement is in compliance
with legal regulations and helps us maintain accurate records for your safety and
security. Please be assured that all presented documents will be promptly returned to
you upon check-out, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of your information.
- The balance payment for your reservation is required to be settled upon your
arrival. Kindly note that personal cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.
- Meals & other services are available with extra charge.
- Extensions of check out are subject to availability, if you require to extend your
check out, please inform our front desk. In case the room is available, there will be
an extra charge for the extension of the stay.
- Subject to the availability of storage space, guests are welcome to store their
luggage in our designated luggage room. However, please be aware that we cannot
be held liable for any loss or damage to your belongings from any cause. (up to 30
days)
- For your safety and security, we kindly request that you close the door of your room
whenever you leave. Please be informed that the management cannot be held
responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings occurring within the hotel
room, or any other part of the hotel.
- While we appreciate your love for animals, please be advised that pets are not
allowed within the premises of our hotel.
- We would also appreciate your compliance with our no smoking inside the suites
policy.
- We kindly request all guests to treat the hotel property with care and respect. We
would like to advise guests to report any damages or losses immediately to the front
desk, so that appropriate measures can be taken to address the situation. The cost
for any damages or losses incurred will be charged to the responsible guest.
- Also, we would like to inform you that we offer the option of daily linen and
towel changes for an additional charge (set od towels is 6€ and linen is 10€).
Please note that, under our standard service, towels are replaced every 2 days
and bed linens every 3 days.
